Returns & Refunds policy
Eligibility window
Books & apparel: return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged/defective items: report within 3 days of delivery (include photos of the packaging and item).
Digital downloads (PDFs, printables): non-refundable once the file link is delivered.
Custom/Personalized items & Print-on-Demand apparel: returnable only for misprint, damage, or manufacturing defect.
2) Condition of items
To be eligible for a refund:
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.
Books must be in new, unread condition (no writing, bends, or stains).
Provide your order number and reason for return.
3) What we’ll do
Refunds: issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days after processing, bank times may vary).
Exchanges: we’ll send a replacement once your return is scanned by the carrier (stock permitting).
Store credit: available on request.
4) Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item/size sent, misprint, damage, defect), we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
5) Non-returnable items
Digital files (instant downloads), gift cards, final-sale/clearance items, and custom/personalized pieces (unless defective).
6) How to start a return
Email [angeliquej@honorablevesselsllc.com] with subject “Return Request – Order #[number]”.
Include your name, order number, item(s), reason, and photos if damaged/defective.
We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and label/return address.
Pack securely; keep your tracking number.
7) Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
Check with your bank/credit card (processing may take 3–10 business days).

8) Wrong address / undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship (you cover reship postage) or refund the item price minus original shipping.
9) International orders
Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Transit times and return shipping costs vary by country.
10) Pre-orders & print-on-demand
Estimated ship dates are posted on the product page; delays will be communicated by email.
Print colors can vary slightly by screen/printer; such minor variation is not considered a defect.
